PYXIS3 bills monthly on a subscription. On the self-serve Connect plan that is 2% of the cloud spend PYXIS3 manages, with a $200 minimum, charged for each month it operates your estate. The Operate and Enterprise plans use a lower negotiated rate set in your agreement. There is no long-term commitment on Connect, and disconnecting your cloud accounts ends the subscription going forward; you are billed only for the months PYXIS3 was connected and operating.
If you believe a charged month is wrong (the spend under management was miscalculated, or you were billed for a period PYXIS3 was not connected), email ops@pyxis3.ai within 14 days of the invoice. We will review the spend under management and the action log behind the charge with you, and where a charge is not supported, we will correct or refund it.
Enterprise agreements may set their own dispute and adjustment process; in that case the terms of your signed contract control. For anything else, ops@pyxis3.ai is the fastest way to reach us.
