Terms

These terms govern your use of PYXIS3. By connecting a cloud account or otherwise using the service, you accept them on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or use the service.

PYXIS3 is an autonomous operator for your cloud and data-center infrastructure operations. Once connected, it accesses the cloud accounts and the resources inside them and acts on that infrastructure within the guardrails you set: retiring idle and orphaned resources, scheduling non-production off outside working hours, rightsizing over-provisioned compute and databases, sizing and maintaining commitments, remediating cost anomalies, and forecasting and enforcing budgets. It writes only the changes your guardrails permit, and it logs every action it takes.

You are responsible for the access you grant and the guardrails you configure. You confirm that you are authorized to connect each cloud account, that the policies and thresholds you set reflect your intent, and that you have considered the operational impact of the changes you permit. PYXIS3 acts inside those limits; you remain accountable for the limits themselves and for keeping the credentials and connections you provide valid and appropriately scoped.

Billing is a subscription. On the self-serve Connect plan you pay 2% of the cloud spend PYXIS3 manages each month, subject to a $200 minimum, billed monthly; every dimension and the full engine are included, and the engine is never gated by plan. The subscription is priced on the spend under management, not on the savings PYXIS3 produces; those savings are shown to you on your Savings page as the return against your subscription. Before you are charged anything, you can connect and see your plan and the savings PYXIS3 projects. The Operate and Enterprise plans use a lower negotiated rate plus organization-wide governance, single sign-on, dedicated instance, data residency, and support, set as a custom agreement; talk to sales.

You may stop using the service and disconnect your cloud accounts at any time, which ends PYXIS3's access going forward. The subscription for any month in which PYXIS3 operated your estate remains due for that period. Disconnecting does not by itself revert changes PYXIS3 previously made within your guardrails.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it correct and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no guarantee of a specific savings outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the month before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to use PYXIS3 only for cloud accounts you are authorized to manage, and not to misuse the service: no attempts to circumvent its guardrails or security, interfere with its operation, access another workspace, or use it to violate any law or the terms of your cloud providers.
